Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using D34DW3B Network (the "Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. These Terms form an agreement between you (the "User") and Ian Coelho (the "Operator").
2. Description of the service
The Application is a content automation and management tool for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others) that connects to the User's accounts through those platforms' official APIs to publish content, read metrics and manage interactions, under the User's authorization and control.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms.
- You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your authorization.
4. User responsibilities
- Comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, as well as applicable law.
- Be responsible for the content you publish through the Application.
- Do not use the Application to generate fake engagement, spam or any form of inauthentic behavior prohibited by the platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Application to:
- Publish illegal, misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights or the platforms' policies;
- Engage in abusive automation, unsolicited bulk posting or metric manipulation;
- Attempt to access third-party accounts without authorization, bypass API limits or compromise the security of the service;
- Resell or sublicense the Application without the Operator's written permission.
6. Third-party platforms
The Application integrates third-party APIs, including the Instagram Graph API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), the TikTok API, the YouTube Data API (Google LLC) and the LinkedIn API. Use of these integrations is also subject to each platform's terms. The Operator is not responsible for changes, outages or decisions by those platforms that affect the Application. Use of data obtained from the YouTube API, for example, is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Application, its brand (including the Anansi emblem) and its code are owned by the Operator. The content you publish remains yours — you grant us only the technical permission needed to operate it on your behalf on the platforms you authorize.
8. Disclaimers
The Application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or any specific reach or performance results on social media.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including loss of data, reach or revenue.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time by revoking the Application's access in each network's settings (see Data deletion). The Operator may suspend or terminate access in case of a violation of these Terms or of the platforms' policies.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the revised version.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
