Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

D34DW3B Network (the "Application") is a content management and publishing tool for social media accounts — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others — operated by Ian Coelho (the "Controller"), an individual established in Brazil. The Application integrates the official APIs of these platforms, including the Instagram Graph API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), the TikTok API, the YouTube Data API (Google LLC) and the LinkedIn API.

This Policy describes how we process personal data in the context of the Application, in accordance with Brazil's Law No. 13,709/2018 (General Data Protection Law — "LGPD") and with the platforms' policies.

2. Data we process

When you connect a social media account to the Application, we may process the following data, obtained through each platform's official APIs:

• Account profile data: the account ID on the connected platform, username (@handle), display name and profile picture.
• Media content: posts (videos, carousels and images) uploaded or managed through the Application, including captions and hashtags.
• Comments: comments on the connected account's posts, for reading, replying and moderation.
• Metrics (insights): aggregate performance data such as reach, impressions, views and follower count.
• Access tokens: access credentials (tokens) issued by the platforms, required to operate the account on your behalf.

3. How we collect it

Data is collected when you authorize the Application through each platform's official login / OAuth flow (e.g. Facebook Login for Instagram, TikTok login, Google for YouTube, LinkedIn) and grant the requested permissions. Collection occurs solely from these platforms' official APIs, within the scope of the permissions you authorized.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data above for the following purposes:

• Publishing and scheduling content on the connected account;
• Displaying and reporting post performance metrics;
• Reading, replying to and moderating comments;
• Operating, maintaining and improving the Application.

The applicable legal bases, under Article 7 of the LGPD, are the data subject's consent (granted when authorizing the Application) and legitimate interest for the technical operation of the service. We do not process data for purposes incompatible with those declared here.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only:

• With the connected platforms (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn), as inherent to the use of their official APIs;
• With infrastructure providers that host the Application (see section 6), strictly to operate it;
• When required by law, court order or a competent authority.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on a server (VPS) at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, under the Controller's control. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect the data, including access control, transmission over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted storage of access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we make reasonable efforts to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.

7. Retention

We keep the data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this Policy or while your account remains connected to the Application. When you revoke access or request deletion, the data associated with your account is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you may at any time:

• Confirm the existence of processing and access your data;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• Request anonymization, blocking or erasure of data;
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data;
• Obtain information about the sharing of your data.

9. Data deletion

You may request the deletion of all your data at any time. Detailed instructions are on the Data Deletion Instructions page.

10. Platform compliance

The Application operates in compliance with the terms and developer policies of each social network it integrates. For Meta, this includes the Meta Platform Terms and the Developer Policies; likewise, we follow the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms (Google) and LinkedIn's terms. Data obtained through these APIs is used only for the declared purposes and not for practices prohibited by each platform.

This Policy may be updated periodically. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through this site.
